No. That name was written between Jiraiya's and Naruto, so must have been done between those periods. As it was later replaced with Minato's name, it says Kishimoto changed his mind merely at the point to decide an other father for Naruto. Considering Rikudo Sennin to be an Uzumaki contradicts the whole Manga and on what it was build on. Don't jump on his bandwagon, he's talking nonsense. Lol
