Like I've theorized way back in February:

The Elder Toad Sage was probably Rikudou Sennin's contract summon, since only Rikudou and him have been shown with the gift of divination/prophecy, not to mention the Elder Toad is stated to be thousands of years old, which probably means he existed during Rikudou's Era.
Now take a look at this:

More than once, the name "Arashi Uzumaki" has been shown to be written in the Toad's Summon Contract.
It is quite strange since in later chapters, Minato's name appears in Arashi's place:

It could be that Kishimoto decided to save Arashi Uzumaki's name later on for another character: Rikudou Sennin
This could be Rikudou Sennin's Real Name: "Arashi Uzumaki"
It would be a perfect name for Rikudou Sennin:
Arashi 嵐 means "Storm"
Uzumaki うずまき means "Whirlpool"
So if we combine his name it would be:
Arashi Uzumaki: 嵐うずまき which literally translates into "Storm Spiral/Whirlpool"

UPDATE
We know the Sage's title is 六道仙人 or Rikudō Sennin or Sage of the Six Paths, but what if his title was also a clue to his name?
Rikudō roughly translates to Six Paths/Six Immortal Paths, Riku could mean Six and it could also mean "Land/Continent" or "Shore". Uzumaki 渦中 means Vortex/Whirlpool, now if S06P was an Uzumaki and his name was Riku, he would be Riku Uzumaki which would mean "Land of Whirlpools" If he was a Sennin or "Sage" then he would be called Sennin Riku Uzumaki セナりくうずまき or "Sage of the Land of Whirlpools"
So its either Arashi Uzumaki or Riku Uzumaki
Thoughts? Lol
Konnichiwa, Ser Derp Obito!

My name is Lady Mokusei and I’m newbie at NB :O, but I often visited the site as a guest, and I was always amazed by your theories. But today I believe that this theory is not correct. This I only my opinion based on some data, so if you find some mistakes, please let me know.
Thank you in advance!
The title of Rikudo Sennin is 六道仙人, Rikudo 六道 and Sennin 仙人. Try to write a word Rikudo at Japanese online dictionary (

) . After the search you will see exactly the same characters as we’ve already seen 六道. These characters are kanji, logographic Chinese characters that are used in the modern Japanese writing system along with hiragana. The word in kanji六道 is written in hiragana like this りくどう, り (Ri), く (ku), ど (do), う (u) – Rikudou. The dictionary detected this word 六道 (Rikudou) in its Names and Places section as the name of the family or a surname. So, I think that Rikudo, actually, can be a surname of Shinobi no Kami (God of Shinobi).
However, as you probably noticed, this word, written in kanji六道, in hiragana is written like this りくどう – Rikudou (! Notice last letter u (う)). So I typed this word in kanji 六道 in the same dictionary and found out following meaning: Noun, Buddhist term; the six realms (Deva realm, Asura realm, Human realm, Animal realm, Hungry Ghost realm, Nakara realm). I read that Kishimoto Massashi holds particular interest for Buddhism, so I think that this meaning can be very important here, and I’m inclined to believe that Rikudo can be a surname of Shinobi no Kami.
But, to be completely sure I check out the details of the kanji (六道 - Rikudo). So, first character 六 has only one meaning and it is six, while second character 道has following meanings: course, district, journey, moral, road-way, street, teachings.
Sir Derp Obito, you were right that riku have meanings: land or shore, but in that case different character would be used in the title. It would be 陸, and written in hiragana like thisりく. Nevertheless, as we know, in the title we have this character 六 and its only meaning is six. All date that I used you can check in this dictionary here
