3) Kishi wanted to make them equal, while talking about Naruto with no Bijuu just like Ashura was to Indra, so he retconn it and then Naruto having bijuu friends in himself making him supperior, showing how friendship are good.

I don't this Sasuke's reserves are small, as they never have been. But, it could very well be a combination of these factors. In my opinion, Naruto has to align in power with Ashura, so he would bring out that avatar. Sasuke will have to match Indra, so, he would bring out that Susano'o with two horns. Yeah I completly agree. I don't see reason why Kishi wouldn't give Sasuke six paths techniques, it would be respose to Naruto's Senjutsu of six paths, which would be awesome and make battle more interesting.

Your third theory seems to be consistent with the events of the last chapter. I know it's been over-discussed already, but that Obito chakra enabling Kakashi to get double MS and PS really reinforces the power of friendship theme.

However, Naruto and Sasuke are supposed to be taking care of business together. And I don't think it was coincidence that Kaguya chose to send Sasuke to another dimension. Maybe she considered him to be the bigger threat.

Sasuke's time to shine hasn't come yet, but I'm sure it will. But it will be in tandem with or in defense of Naruto.

sasuke did not do most of the work against madara. naruto fought all of the limbo madara had, as well as destroying most of the chibaku tensie.

both of them got time to shine against madara. sasuke didn't really do anything that particularly stood out against madara. he cut him in half, but that was more due to circumstance of madara trying to get kakashi's eye.

3, i don't really know what you mean by retconn, as nothing has been retconn about what we are discussing.

the simple reason is, sasuke doesn't have the fire power to keep up with naruto and kaguya. doubtful that that needle did anything. gentle fist requires the injection of chakra and the chakra point. she may have shot a needle at sasuke, but she didn't inject him with any chakra. the only excuse for sasuke is he's just not that powerful.

- A tomoed Rinnegan with one immensely nerfed ability. We don't even know why Hagoromo didn't give him two normal rinnegans instead of a tomoed one... whose origin is still uknown. It's like a mixture of Kaguya's Rinnegan and a standard one. Can he even use the paths techs at this point lol?
- A moon seal... without a special ability like Naruto's.

His PS, while having monstrous offensive, was raped by Kaguya without using ninjutsu. Only freaking chakra arms. Rinneswap is a Kawarimi (why do no one anymore use Kawarimi? Ah, yes. Because it was uber and Kishimoto made all of his characters forgot about it) with restrictions.

Sasuke's performance is an example of lazy writing, which we had seen already in EMS Sasuke's performance. Well, atleast his character isn't shit yet like so many others in this wretched manga.
