Hello guys, I would like to talk about possible behind Sasuke's performance getting worse and worse. Here I go:
Since the begining of battle against Kaguya, Sasuke got already hit with senbon while Kaguya utilised byakugan, which may mean only that she used Gentle fist or stuff like that:

Soon Sasuke again attack Kaguya while using Perfect Sussano, but she reflected and destroyed PS with some chakra cloak, which I guess could be Full body blow technique used by Neji but with much greater chakra bring better result.

Later then Kaguya caught both Naruto and Sasuke incjecting them with Black Zetsu:
Naruto later finally tore her Black Zetsu blackness covering them from himself , later from Sasuke.
Finally Sasuke was sent to other dimenssion by Kaguya when he tried everything he can do as all atempts failed:
My three explanations:
1) Sasuke used too much chakra against Madara while he was doing most of the job
OR
2) Sasuke got time to shine against Madara who is smart with great power, while Naruto got time to shine against Kaguya who just depends on her greater overhelming power and haxx
3) Kishi wanted to make them equal, while talking about Naruto with no Bijuu just like Ashura was to Indra, so he retconn it and then Naruto having bijuu friends in himself making him supperior, showing how friendship are good.

Summary :
- Hyuuga fighting style of blocking chakra points can be one of the reason why Sasuke got weaker
- Sasuke getting sent to another dimenssion and using most of his chakra there may be reason why he got weaker. Remember Sasuke has powerfull chakra but doesn;t have close even to Naruto's amount of chakra, not even mentioning Tailed beasts chakra/powers.
- Black Zetsu may still leave some part of himself in Sasuke, as Sasuke has not Senjutsu/TSB as Naruto has to get rid of BZ possesing him or being in him.
- There must be reason behind Sasuke's performance getting worse along with flow of time... there must be some connection. In theory he is Naruto's counter part and also equal.
My three explanations:
