[Theory] Raikage wasn't at full speed against Minato?

sometimes i wonder what manga you guys are reading to the fact of saying who's faster than who well its simple it was said already first of all the( ftg) has nothing to do with speed that's number one, number 2, if you guys ever played any of the naruto games you would know who faster all you see is a flash of yellow lights that's why he was called the yellow flash in the manga. raikage stated the only person who is faster than me is the fourth hokage ever... and he also said the yellow flash caught him at his top speed last time i check top speed in the speed department means at full speed. people will always debate about minato because all we keep hearing he's a bad motherf***** and i notice a lot of other people who don't like that because they have there favorite ninja and that's cool but lets be real the fourth hokage is one of the baddest ninja besides madara, nagato, muu, kakashi, might gai, itachi, orochi,& all the kages & obito A&B ARE THE BADDEST TWO MAN TEAM EVER.... the fourth wasn't perfect he was the fastest the smartest the bravest the most feared ninja in the hidden leaf villages hands down! in the anime kakashi gaiden the one of the mist ninja said word is if you see the yellow flash you run we have never watch or read any other ninja with that kinda of rep ever! and it makes sense his son is the main character in the story why wouldn't the main person father be known as the baddest moe fo in the dojo its simple logic

Look at the scan(can't post it) of when he charged up to attack Naruto. His hair spiked up. Bee then noted that Raikage was at his fastest. This means his attack on Naruto was definitely V2. Naruto dodged it and then Raikage noted that the boy was the second person to do this meaning the first person also dodged his V2 punch. Meaning Minato dodged his V2 punch.

Also.....headband man. Everone has made it abundantly clear.

which is why i proposed the theory that he used v1 and not v2, v2 is faster than v1, minato might have been able to barely dodge v1 because of his reflexes but v2 closes this gap

he diidnt barely dodge it. he waited for the last millasecond so he could do that whold toss the kunia thing without raikage flipping around on him

I would like to point out that the manga said that Minato and the raikage fought several times, and A said he thought Minato could never be beaten. If you don't think that A increased his speed at all over time then you are mistaken.

lol btw you dont know if minato was using his fastest technique, and the raikage said they fought many times and minato is faster, just because this scene was showed it doenst mean anything, is was showed because it was the first meeting of those too and for the story to make more sense

Minato is faster because of his teleporting however that is his trump card, so I definitely say it counts. You can't take away a mane trump card.

also if u thing bout this when raikage fought minato was much younger and less speed and power. sense then raikage speed must improved drasticly and strenght. if not he must sat on his fat ass for 15+ years to keep same strength and speed of when fought minato.

naruto=minato asuming minato held back.
naruto > minato speed if minato didnt hold back. even so minato seemed to taunt raikage in battle and such so minatos speed could be that of naruto atm or greater.

yes i was sayiong the exact thing when this debate broke out during these chapters releases.

There is lv 1 and 2 intensties of his lighting flicker jutsu.

And he simply didnt have this when they frist fought each other, although minato and A said they fought many times after that inaitail battle. Minato hinted their next battle would be when they are both kages.

the point op was making is that riakage wasnt at his fullspeed at their first encounter, noit that raikage was faster. Like i said raikage and minato said they fought many times so they were at their best after their inital battle.
