[Theory] Raikage wasn't at full speed against Minato?

Fail A said it again against naruto and you still don't get "he dodge my full speed" and again, "you are the second person to dodge my v2 speed is what raikage said himself but his speed got improve not that he didn't have it.

It can be said that A in the past did not have v2 which was why he was unable to land a hit but would he be able to if he had v2 ?

well also now that we see the anime it looked like to me that not only did minato dodge wat we'll call v1 but he did so in a fashion that looked like it was easy for him... cause he had time to twirl his kunai around then flip it into the air before he dodged it... maybe he can hit him in v2 if he can guess where he'll be... but im not to sure he could connect with the first attempt if at all...but maybe if minato had to flash around in the same area long enough raikage might catch him with a blow... which with the raikage is all u really need, is one blow against anyone w/o a sheild like jutsu to guard them...

Well considering that Raikage was alive a lot longer than Minato I think that he probably improved over the years.

And If Minato was still alive he would easily be above even Edo Madara.

My bad minato has above average speed but isn't faster then A without teleporting Thts his reflexes are incredible but him and A have what looks to have same reflexes if it was just straight speed minato would've lost but teleporting I guess makes him faster

this thread got wacked' with the first comment after the op. "bogard" posted evidence that shows that the evidence you use, to say he wasnt at full speed is misleading with the way you describe it. .,

bogards post with scans shows that in fact raikage was at full speed.

the way the hair is drawn isnt much of anything

I'm pretty sure that Minato could have easily dodged bee's attack being that he was able to dodge A's full speed. It's also obvious that A is much faster than Bee.

If he wouldn't have lost his temper so easily he would still have both arms because A intentionally gave up his arm in order to strike Sasuke. A didn't have to dodge any sort of attack he just went insane and got pissed because Sasuke countered his move with amaterasu(sp?)

The reason why u couldn't see Raikage's hair spiked in the fight with minato is because of the village plate in his forehead, that simple.
In addition, Raikage say's it himself that he came to believe that no one could possible beat minato! Also he does say that that was his full speed. If you want to use logic then I would even say that A was faster at that time cuz he was younger! The older the slower

Minato would not have been hit even if it was just his v2 speed, perhaps he hadn't faster speed at the moment? anyway Minato waits till the very last moment by using his technique because it gives him better chance to counter attack and avoid the enemy from doing a counter attack
