The only flaws i see, Is tobi has to be Older. He has the cells of the 1st all sealed up in an underground fortress thing. Maybe if we knew more about Tobi's fathers time line.

Kakashi is at least in his 30s, obito was the same age, ninja have children in their mid to late 20s.

Placing tobi (if he is obitos dad) at at least in his mid to late 50s.

Orochimaru also had the 1sts cells or he would not have been able to use him in edo tensei.

Is not enough on it's own, but it is a very support when used in conjunction with the fact that kishi is very veyr big on blood lines in naruto, and kakashi and tobi have the same type of space time tech.

Hav u noticed tht uchiha logo is red n white, akatsuki logo is th same but altered shape, like fire or something, tht may or may not mean tobi is a unknown uchiha
