OBITOS FATHER!!
Alright, look I know you are all annoyed with who the f*** is tobi threads
but just hear me ok.
Firstly appearance we do not know what tobi's father looks like but what we do know is that people in naruto look a lot like their parents.
Kakashi
Kakashi's father
So we can safely assume that parent and child at least have the same hair.
Next
The attack on Konoha occurred after Obito's death, so if Tobi is obito's father he has motive for his whole mission.
If tobi is obito's father he obviously brought his son up with good values, which may stem from the respect he has for the 1st.
I will give my reasons with pictures which point toward Obito's father as the culprit based on the attack and events that follow.
Firstly
Immediately the nine tails spots minato, minato was the leader of obito's team
he should have looked after obito, and may be viewed as part of a sinister plan responsible for obito's death as far as obito's father is concerned.
Minato acknowledges being spotted, he is immediately attacked with a powerful TBB, the nintails could have attacked anywhere else to destroy the village and make it harder for minato to reach the TBB to send it away.
It did not because the user was enraged by the mere view of minato and attacked.
When that fails Tobi personally attacks minato.
Tobi taking off his mask to show danzo, danzo is notorious for sending ninja on missions that are frowned upon, sabotaging the nin from his own village, and sending them to kill one another.
Obito's father may have found that danzo set this whole mission up, and wanting to confront danzo, he begun removing his mask, to show his face to the man he would destroy, the man who sent his son on a mission that would end his life.
LASTLY
Tobi's warp skill is a skill unique to the mangekyo sharingan which he shares with kakashi

It shows that kakashi and tobi have the same warping skill, if obito had grown up he would have (with training) awakened his mangekyo sharingan,
it has been shown that people with the mangekyo tend to be closely related in most cases.
Itachi - Sasuke

Obito - Obito's Father
Kakashi is not a full blooded uchiha which would explain why Tobi's warp skill is a much more advance mangekyo sharingan unique jutsu, if he is obito's father it would explain why they both share it.
Obito's father would also fit into the konoha attack time lines.
That is my theory.
