Theory on why Minato is the fastest shinobi ever and why he lost his arm..
Minato is the fastest shinobi even now
He was highly accomplished in the FTG jutsu which is the fastest jutsu.I don't know if anyone has noticed or not but he was the fastest not just because of FTG but because he used a combination of FTG,Body flicker and his own fast reflexes.
If you look at the Episode 119-120 when he saved Kakashi, he used body flicker not FTG. Also when he attacked Juubi madara with a rasengan in sage mode (wherin he lost his arm),he lost becase of Madara's juubi boost (The dude had the ten tails in him,obviously his reflexes were faster than Minato who was just a human in sage mode at that time)
What i'm trying to emphasize is that minato was highly accomplished in body flicker too and used it often ( which is slower than FTG) but underestimating his strength because he lost his arm to the juubi's jinchurriki is just unfair,he probably got the most hits in on Juubi madara than the other hokages.
So had anyone else noticed (before this thread))that Minato used the body flicker technique a lot too?
Please forgive me i was wrong.and...Also i was wondering if FTG > or equal to Sasuke's sharinnegan teleportation in terms of teleportation speed?
