He is too, shitty and all shichibukai need to be well famous and stuff. His bounty is a measly 210 Million beri. Pfft, The world government didn't even decide to let the supernova from prior time-skip to join the ranks of shichibukai so what makes you believe this is possible?

His bounty is 150Mil actually.
And of course hecan become a warlord. Just because YOU think he's shitty isn't reason enough for him to not be worthy to become one. Also, Crocodile became a warlord with a lower bounty than his and so did, Hancock. In my opinion, Cricodike is shittier than him, do you agree?

A warlord is a position, not a title earned by popular opinion. I understand your points but I honestly don't think they make a difference. It doesn't matter if people call him a super duck he could still be a schichibukai.

It's both. A king is also a position, still it's used as a way to address the person that occupies that position. On top of that Shichibukai is a position and title that has to install fear into people. If people refer to someone who is a Shichibukai still as a rookie instead of Shichibukai, he isn't doing his job well. Especially considering when you become a Shichibukai, you can hardly still be called a rookie.

He's just lucky. Bellamy, may have possibly handled him if the king punch hadn't came. Right when he figured out how to handle him it ended. Bartolomeo, probably would have lost to Bellamy right away if not for his barriers. When, Crocodile and Boa Hancock first gained those bounties they were most likely at a level of strength lower than current, Bartolomeo.

Crocodile was beaten by a guy with a 30mil bounty. Bartolomeo, is a supernova with a 150Mil bounty. He's already well known, pay attention to the current arc chapters, everyone in the crowed knows who he is (The Cannibal). Fact that he's well known. He has a bigger bounty/rep than 81mil bounty crocodile did. The marines/WG also choose those that are a threat to the WG.

He may seem "bad ass" to you because you like him but your opinion means nothing to the WG. Everyone in his block were weak. The real blocks with people that can take out B block fast are in A block and C/D block. Watch how easily, Bartolomeo loses when he fights them. I'm quite sure the WG did his bounty accurately at 150Mil. It's a fact that he didn't beat, Bellamy, Bellamy lost to, Elizabello.

Perhaps he did something that has caused him to be in the hot seat. He was willing to beat up a Vice Admiral, so maybe he's like a radical.


Maybe he's called the Super Rookie because he was able to become a Shichibukai, even under those circumstances. After all, Jinbe left a spot open and so did Teach. Law assumed one and this guy did the other in record time, which is why he's the SUUUPER Rookie.

Even, Caribou and his brother were called super rookies.
