Kamui=a vortex of ST, Kaguya's=portals. It's like comparing 2 x-men's ST Lila Cheney and Blink. The only thing similar is that they both operate with dimensions.

thats because kaguyas kamui litterarly rips through the dimension whilst obito being only human creates a vortex
if they werent similar obito wouldnt have been able to sync in with it
