Theory : Kaguya's ability is three techniques in one

Kaguya's ability as far as we know is dimension summoning and traveling through dimensions she summons.
We have seen her teleporting between spaces. And also changing or altering the landscape to her own desire summoning different sceneries. This chapter she altered her sorroundings to attack Naruto.

Kamui allows the user to transfer anything to another dimension. Once a target is sent to this dimension, it is unable to escape. Kakashi Hatake likens the characteristics of this technique to those of the Flying Thunder God Technique, but notes that it seems to be much more versatile since it requires neither a seal nor a summoning tattoo to be performed.The side of the eye using the technique determines the range and detailed properties.

I think she is using a type of large scale Kamui which can phase dimensions through. Obito has already shown that it is possible to teleport objects from other dimensions besides humans.
This would also fit her status as a god very well because of Kamui's name influence

Kamui is the word for a divine being in Ainu mythology, although it is almost never written with kanji in modern times. In a more general Japanese context, Kamui refers to the might and majesty of the gods, particularly the Shintō Kami.

°Mayfly

This infiltration technique is characteristic of Zetsu. It allows him to merge his body with the ground and flora and travel at very high speeds; however, it is noted not to be as fast as Space–Time Ninjutsu such as Kamui. Black Zetsu was shown to perform a special kind of Mayfly merging with the earth. He explicitly said he can become one with the land.Look at him below morphing with a tree. Kaguya could be using a special type of Senjutsu Mayfly to become one with the nature and her dimensions at the same time.
In a way she becomes the dimension itself

°Sage Art : Inorganic Reincarnation

The Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation allows the user to control things that have no life functions by giving them some with their own life force, allowing the user to freely manipulate the substance according to their will. The extent of the user's control goes beyond normal manipulation through chakra, meaning that even drastic alterations to the immediate environment can occur both suddenly and unexpectedly, making attacks using this method extremely difficult to avoid even for someone with the Sharingan.

Kabuto was shown to use this jutsu while on Sage Mode altering a cave surroundings creating sharp spikes that could harm Edo Itachi. He praised this jutsu to be very overpowered and one of a kind. This can also explain why Kabuto said he was the closest thing alive to Hermit of Six Paths .

These could be three techniques Kaguya is using simultaneously in one time to alter and summon her dimension. I think there may be a fourth condition like Izanagi or Izanami but I haven't quite figured that out.
This is true omnipotence, Kishi was right to gratify her status as a god

I wasn't quite sure in Kaguya's powers because of Naruto was keeping up with her high moderate difficulty but the last chapter made me think all about her powers. She is a true god

Yet, Kaguya is not omnipotent at all. If she were so, she would only need to think Team 7 dead and it's over. Or think herself absorving the chakra to Naruto and Sasuke.

It makes since that she essentially bends dimensions to her will, she predates ninjutsu so she doesn't directly confront her opponents, she bends the world around them to beat them.

It fits with the God theme too.
