I will only reply to this:

His name NEVER was Kabutomaru in the manga. His name is Kabuto. Unless you show me a page in the manga where he used the potara rings to fusion with Orochimaru, I will still call him Kabuto. Or if we're using the "Kabutomaru" logic, by now we should call him Kabutomaruugotsurinsagewithhorns.

I'm rather partial to Kabutomaruugotsurinsagewithhorns but I like Kabuto. In fact, I've always liked Kabuto and extremely disliked Kabutomaru so thanks for clarifying this. I'll keep an eye out for those earrings.

For everyone else, since he is a genius and all, I was suggesting perhaps he crafted some *special* glasses that negate the Sharingan. Unless it has already happened, can someone name me ANY reason why he isn't already under genjutsu? (unless Kishi comes out with "oh yeah Sage mode and my Snakes make double Tsukuyomi not work for some reason. Ha!"xd)

I think is possible that, SM plus the snake he has attached to him are making him immune to genjutsu.

If normal glasses makes them immune to genjutsu would be kinda funny though... But nah, KillerB and Karin would also be immune to genjutsu, but we know they are not. KillerB kinda is, but cause he got big8 to snap him out.
