The Senju Clan proposed to have relationships between clans to break the barrier of noblemen, so they are not included. Furthermore, it was Hashirama, the Shodai, the one who married Uzumaki Mito. So I don't see your question as valid. So like I said... nothing in the MANGA! Oh and Uchiha are noble but Senju are not?
Databook also say Amaretseru burns hotter than the sun... you gunna take that as face value too? Also that sentence doesn't prove your point at all. Even if it did mean noble in the traditional sense, (which it doesn't, noble here refers to the fact they are the most revered clans not that there are of a higher social class than other clans), they could still intermingle with other "noble" clans.
About the Uchiha, they are proud of their lineage, they know about their superior power, if they had any kinship with other clan, that power would be lost... that was their logic, their philosophy.
PS: The Databook is an official source complementary to the manga, written by the original author. If you don't want to take it as official and you defend your point saying "manga" (a stubborn behaviour taking this in mind) then you can act blind as much as you like, but I won't keep losing my time trying to prove things, giving you official sources, or anything alike.
