Well I hope everyone knows what this plan is by now but in case you do not im going to explian it but if you already know skip to the third paragraph.
Tobi's plan is to gather all the tailed beasts in order to fuse them back into their original form, the Ten-Tails. He will then become the jinchūriki to the Ten-Tails, giving him immense power and the ability to project his Mangekyō Sharingan on to the moon. He intends to use the moon, the prison of the Ten-Tails' body, to cover the world in an "Infinite Tsukuyomi", thereby letting him control every living being, creating a world in which no war or crime can occur.
Alight my question is lets say Tobi becomes the ten-tail jinchūriki, to my knowledge you have to have a Mangekyō Sharingan to be able to use Tsukuyomi and the only person we have ever seen use Tsukuyomi is Itachi who is currently dead.(idk if you can take itachi`s eye now that is in edo form)
So knowing this now no one alive right now that we know of has a MS that can use Tsukuyomi. The only people offically alive right now with a MS/EMS is Sasuke and Kaskashi but neither one has Tsukuyomi. (explains why Sasuke doesn`t have Tsukuyomi
So finally does Tobi`s Sharingan really a MS with Tsukuyomi? or can his Rinnegan downgard to a EMS who can use Tsukuyomi? or is something yet to be introduced? or did i just miss something and am now feeling like i wasted my time?xd
