Theory about sasuke. Body flicker technique

I was reading up past manga chapters and started thinking about naruto compared to sasuke. Sasuke has no chance against naruto as far as speed is concerned and I was wondering what he could do to change this. I think body flicker is the answer. We saw how quick he was able to adapt rock lees style. And with him facing the fastest ninja alive the 4th raikage( at that point in the manga) he did come face to face with the body flicker technique. We all now sasuke learns the most while in battle thus making it pretty plausible in my opinion. What do you guys think?
