Now that Gon has lost all his Nen abilities and has to start from scratch and for that he was training with his dad for sometime and maybe will also train while the newer Dark continent arc goes on.
My theory is he will gain a new category instead of the Enhancer because if you watch the part where Wing explains them about the real Nen and categories about it, he also mentions that it is rare for anyone that their Nen category changes later on.
The Rare keyword is the key, that implies that it is possible but extremely rare.
So as you know Gon lost all his Nen capabilities as well sacrificed his life to attain the power to defeat Pitou and because of this he was essentially on life support else he would have died for sure and Killua used alluka's power to restore his life.
Now the thing is he did not regain his Nen abilities back so essentially he was just given a new life.
Now that he is training maybe he will get a new category of Nen other than enhancer. This can also be supported by that Kurapika himself has 100% mastery over 2 Nen categories one being the conjurer and the other being the specialist(when his eyes turn scarlet).
