Yeah probably.

Kagatsuchi could probably pierce it, but standard Amaterasu flames can be pushed off relatively easily by Rotation.

I think there's a misunderstanding I was referring to both the toad innards and the wall 5 inches of thickness. If it was soley the innards I'd be inclined to agree with your assessment. Becsuse of the wall it's either Nerf or inconsistency.

Anyway I'm not disputing Kaiten cocoon being able to defend against Ama that's the other guy. I am one of the very few who believe with foreknowledge of Ama a Hyuga like Neji, Hanabi or Hiashi can defend against it via kaiten. It if they're hit then repel it via one body blow followed by kaiten. Though in the latter they'd suffer serious damage.

This is my counter argument remember when Kisame got his sword stuck inside of the toad stomach and he literally ripped it from the lining of the stomach so the physical endurance of the flesh is not that high but it may have some special properties for fire
