I made this thread as there are many people out there that come out with good theories and have good evidence to back them up with, I also know that there are some people out there that have some good debating skills so instead of tons of threads being made I thought I would make one that could be added to

Basically people come out with theories e.g. about the eye techniques etc... instead of having 20 threads or more why not just have one?

Well its an idea and instead of people having to go searching through all the threads why not have all the good theories in one place?I know that they've been done before,but i want this to be a serious one without spam.

I don't think this is a good idea because people want their theories to be seen. By just posting as a reply on some thread titled "Theories", the theory has a lesser chance of being read and thus there is less discussion and debate about the theory.

Having multiple theories in one thread can get very confusing, as a viewer would have to sift through all the replies to see who responded to which theory.

It's much easier to have individual threads for specific theories so you can trace the exact theory, and you can see all replies about that theory.

I do understand your need for a sub-category for just theories alone. Perhaps people can post links to their theories in this thread.

Example:

THEORY TITLE/TOPIC (link)
-brief summary (probably like a sentence or two)

and then people can reply on the theory's own thread.
maybe you can delete this thread and make a new one instructing people to post a link to their theories. that way people can just browse through Theory Topics and not have to sift through people's replies.

even though it is my idea, I only thought of it because of this thread, so you can start the thread. If you don't want to then I will. ^_^

Yeh that would be a good idea i mean it would get peoples theories noticed and wouldn't just fade away say if they put it in the manga thread for that week and that thread was then closed for example,know what i mean?I mean there are threads for theories that are quite accurate popping up from a while back that are really good and wouldn't get noticed unless someone went rooting around for it....but you get my drift
