Theoretically could Nagato use Susanoo?

We have seen that Madara was able to use Susanoo with his Rinnegan.

And Kakashi has shown to us that Susanoo can be used with borrowed eyes (since you have the complete pair).

So if Nagato had Madara's Double Rinnegan (the same that Madara has used to use Susanoo) theoretically he could use Susanno.

What do you think?

But we saw him spamming 6 Limbo clones and like 20 chibakuu tensei's. Pretty good feat.

Susano'o might not be strictly tied to one's eyes as a technique, even though one needs the correct eyes to "awaken" it. Remember, Madara could use Susano'o without eyes. Maybe Nagato never had the power to "awaken" Susano'o due to not being an Uchiha. Perhaps Susano'o doesn't pass to a new owner along with new eyes.

Kakashi is an exception because he received Obito's full chakra, not just his eyes.

I don't think he actually can, but if it were to happen it woukd kind of make sense seeing that those eyes were actually EMS at one point plus Madara was able to use Susano'o with just the Rinnegan active (like when he brought the meteorite down)

Madara has used MS techniques with Rinnegan activated.

And Nagato's Rinnegan is just the same Rinnegan that Madara possess.

Nagato couldn't power-down his Rinnegan, but if it's a problem to use susanoo, Madara should have to power-down his eyes to MS Form before use Susanoo too.

Remember that in theory Nagato had a MS too, he only couldn't power-down Rinnegan to MS form.

Madara was able to use susanoo because it was one of his MS abilities....and nagato had directly the rinnegan implanted into him, so he couldn't use the abilities of previous versions of it.
