-Fore leg strike
I stand about 1m away from the trainings dummy *which looks pretty roughed up by my last trainings excercises*, but ok, lets continue. I stand in a sideways ready stance, with my kicking foot behind my support foot. As I begin the motion of my kick, lift up my right foot by bending my right knee up slightly above waist level. As I bring my right knee up, I twist the entire trunk and core of my body into the direction of the dummy. As I twist my body (waist, shoulders, trunk), my left foot turns with the movement I'm performing. I hit the dummy on it's right arm ("if he had any"). I perform this excercise 10000 times.

-Kick
I stand 1m from the dummy with my left foot infront my right foot as they're standing against each other and my body turned sideways. I then raise my left foot up until it reaches my right knee. I then extend my left foot in a forward movement towards the dummy, this is all happens in a fast and precise movement. I perform this excercise 10000 time.

-Heel strike
I stand before the dummy at a distance of 1m with my right side shoulder and right foot facing it, I start by moving my body a bit the left using my left foot, I then lift up my right foot by bending my right knee up slightly above waist level. As I bring my right knee up, I twist the entire trunk and core of my body into the direction of the dummy. As I twist my body (waist, shoulders, trunk), my left foot turns with the movement I'm performing. I hit the dummy on his neck. I perform this excercise 10000 time.

-Knee strike
I face the dummy once again, I bend my knees slightly, placing my left foot forward. I roll my shoulders slightly forward and grab the dummy with both my hands. Keeping my hands locked together on the crown of the dummy's body the entire time, I pull down on the body, pulling it towards my right knee, while simultaneously exploding my right knee forward as I thrust my hips inward to strike the body of the dummy with my knee.

-Toe strike
I stand 50 cm from the dummy with my body facing it straight on. I then lift up my right foot by bending my right knee up slightly above waist level. I then shoot my right foot towards the dummy and hit the dummy using my toes in a short and fast movement. I perform this excercise 10000 time.
The training process makes you prepare your body for Taijutsu. Repeat this process everyday on your own for fitness.
I want you to show me now a creative move.
I walk slowy towards you then when I reach 5m from you I make a quick dash so that by the time I get to striking distance, I skid my leg on the ground to act as brake while sending my right hand clenched into a fist to the left side of you neck.

"After all that relaxed training I was getting a stiff neck, and I have to do this every day to keep my taijutsu top notch? hah easy as cake!"
As I see you coming closer to me and reaching the 5 m mark, I put my right foot forward and lower my upper body by lowering both my knees. As your fist is near my neck I quickly pull my right arm up close to my body and make it follow the direction of your incoming, making it able for me to block it. As I repell it back by using force, I extend me left head towards your neck and grab it from behind. As I capture it, I also extend my right towards it and firm my grip. I raise my right knee and at the same time I pull your neck downwards with my full strenght, causing your face to come in contact with my knee. As this happens, I release your neck and allow you to fall back with a nosebleed.
Was that any good, sensei? I'm not really used to close combat situations and its rules, so excuse me for any mistakes in timeframe and such.
Okay now try again but this time around with less mistake in your description as its not understandable. Reread your own move and see for yourself it hardly made sense. Always try and proof read your moves and picture then in real life if its possible.
