It doesn't matter what she beat him for. The category she should be placed in is decided by her faith. So, while she is a theist, it is indeed more accurate and fitting to say Christian if she identifies as Christian. Cali changing it had nothing to do with being more fitting or accurate, but to avoid attacks on the Christian community.

I'm glad you can read Caliburn's thoughts, but his reason to change it is independent from my reason to say it's more fit.

That's the difference between atheists and people of a religion. Atheists do not have a systematically indoctrinated sense of pride and duty so they do not have a reason to get hostile or offended in any way when some disagrees or trashes the views of an atheist. They don't identify themselves with an ideology. It is simply the lack thereof.

Anyway, I rewatched the video, and it says nothing about the woman specifically being a Christian.

Ok, then go ahead and everytime a christian or a muslim commits a crime, say that a christian criminal or a muslim criminal did this and that, if you wanna be consistent. But with the same effort you could also just find another common denominator, f.e male or female terrorist, blonde or brown criminal.

Every single group or title you can think of has people who completely mess it up & send a bad example. Fuel for the fire, as a friend said. Religious followers, atheists, agnostics, evolutionists, politicals all have people who are absolute jerks & in most cases use those beliefs to justify giving in to the worst of human nature & the human condition. It doesn't mean there all that way despite their bad examples.
