People underate kakuzu because he got killed by naruto with one shot but remember that befits naruto had arrived kakashi and co were at tr brink of defeat with kakuzu revealing he has multiple hearts. If not got naruto I think the fight would have been much different

His statement isn't fully credible because his perspective on "Strongest physical attack" is severely limited. He hasn't face the likes of Sasuke, Itachi, RSM Naruto and Prime Hiruzen.
1. Amaterasu burns through chakra which is what his armour is made of and it also burns every element
2. Chidori can pierce through Raikage's lightning covered body so wouldn't have a problem piercing through diamond layer as thin as ice
3. Adamantium is tougher than diamond, in other words Hiruzen's staff could easily break through Kakuzu's armour
4. TSB atomize every object regardless of the element, they consist of all chakra natures so Doton has no chance of countering
5. TBB negs
6. Genjutsu negs
7. Gentle Fist negs
8. Seven Gates negs
9. Copy Jutsu negs
10. Kusanagi negs

I don't think you get it. Domu tanks ALL physical attacks. Anything else is contradicting the manga, databook and the Holy Book of Zexion.

No it doesn't, this was way before stronger jutsu were introduced and power levels were quite levelled. Domu tanks all jutsu he faced in his lifetime but the thing is he hasn't faced Amaterasu which is considered the strongest physical attack by BZ, the one that witnessed every form and level of Rikudou feat.
Diamonds aren't immune to atomization that's a fact, TSB will disintegrate anything like Dust Release.
Diamonds aren't immune to nuclear explosions are they ? If not, any Jinchuuriki on B's level can kill him
Adamantium is harder than diamond
Amaterasu burns through chakra, Domu is made of chakra, it gets undone when the chakra burns away same way the fire undid Kabuto's jutsu
Gentle Fist only requires contact with the body, no piercing. And as I said before, it relies on chakra to be made, no chakra points means no Domu armour
Kusanagi is said to pierce through anything
