You're applying the same rules of breaking genjutsu to reopening tenketsu. I'm not twisting your words but that is what you're doing. The manga showed us external chakra stored in a different place can reopen tenketsu. Tenketsu is how people generate chakra it doesn't take away their ability to possess it or use it which the manga already showed.
If that's true Naruto would have needed chakra to activate the seal from kurama regardless of th chakra mixing because he was out of stamina. If Sakura was creating the seal on spot then I would agree but I don't imagine the seal needing chakra to be released.

When releasing the chakra back to the body its like pouring water into a glass. It doesnt take chakra to send the chakra back. A user can open the seal whenever and then use that chakra to activate the technique Yin Seal: Release. Period she doesn't need chakra to reopen her seals chakra. Plus the manga never shown as kurama forcibly opening narutos attacks, it show naruto , molding kurama chakra on his own forcing the points open with the powerful chakra. It does not require another person who can mold chakra to overpower it because naruto molded the chakra on his own

Of course it needs Chakra. Your breaking the fundamental law of the Narutoverse saying jutsu don't need chakra to activate. Besides, Naruto's seal allowed for Kurama's chakra to PASSIVELY enter/mic into Naruto's network. Also, Naruot never activated Kurama mode at those times, It happened subconsciously.

The manga never made an explicit statement about someones else's chakra being the sole reason for his tenketsu opening whether you like it or not.

And you'll have to do better than "I don't imagine..." when all fuuinjutsu (sealing jutsu) shown in the manga was executed with chakra.. If i could argue based on what i imagine, then i'll say Shikamaru can mid-diff EMS Sasuke because he should be able to create a strategy since he's brilliant :lol
