Their is no proof that Tsunade or Sakura can use Byakugou without their Tenketsu. Interesting theory though.During the fight with Neji Naruto got wrecked and begged kurama for power and by doing so it reopened his chakra points. If Sakura or Tsunade chakra points get blocked and they release the yin seal chakra will come pouring out the seal , which is the same as kurama chakra pouring out of minatos seal. So yes we can conclude yin seal can reopen chakra points. I hope this clears up any and all misconceptions.
Proof? Because Minato seal was made to ensure Naruto and Kyuubi chakra mix so Naruto won't be complete fodder xl growing up.
Since the yin seal is kept stored in a separate place the Hyuuga gentle fist can't reach it. All Naruto did was access kurama chakra and his tenketsu was reopened. Neji knows of the byakugan weaknesses and only asked where the chakra was coming from because he closed narutos tenketsu.
Again it's not a part of the user's tenketsu chakra points because it's sealed away just like bijuu chakra is sealed away. The seal is what prevents the source of chakra from being affected.
You just failed so hard. "Where does it say" yet you talk about Kurama's chakra reopening his points. Thats the exact evidence that shows someone else's chakra was needed. Yin seal is the person's OWN chakra
That makes no difference, Tsunade stated the Yin seal is their OWN chakra stored in a seal for years, its not some different source its still the same chakra.
Is their a feat no? But the explanation is there if you apply the functions of Yin Seal: Release, which forcibly pumps chakra into the users body. Now that method of opening or reopening won't work if the seal is already open and they get striked.
Since the chakra is sealed then no it wouldn't work. Narutos seal is on his stomach and Neji hit him in almost every tenketsu pretty sure some of those were on his stomach as well.
What evidence? I was just telling you no one ever said you need someone else's chakra to reopen tenketsu. Neji was just surprised Naruto could still access chakra after his tenketsu being shut down but since the yin seal stores chakra in a unreachable place just like Minato seal Neji it can't be shut off with gentle fist. I'm just following manga logic because if someone else's chakra was needed Neji would have known that.

No he really wouldn't, you're ignoring the fact that Kurama's chakra is DIFFERENT than Naruto's. The Yin seal is nothing more than the user's own chakra stored in a large amount. You can't just exert the same chakra and hope it will make a difference
The chakra is their own but it is not attached users body or users chakra network unless it's released. It's basically a second reserve that has no correlation with the users body until it's released. So yes the fact that the chakra is sealed away is exactly why releasing it via Yin Seal: Release works..
