he can spam rasengan on obito a dozen times until he dies. he can't hide in his kamui dimension because as soon as he goes into he kamui dimension, the seal being on his body will still go into that dimension and hence obito will still get a rasengan on his face!!

Any attack that hits with his body automatically transfers that part to the void dimension unless he had been using it constantly for 5 minutes and went above the limit. Obito has improved greatly as a ninja, not mention he can instantly warp Mintao if he lays his hands on him.

2. Obito can't really use the Bijuu like Madara can.

3. Minato could stomp Obito before he summons the Mazo.

Urm.. he has 6 jinchruiki paths of peins, all capable of entering bijuu form... all regenerate thanks to kabuto...
He has rinnegan meaning he CAN use the paths.. , we know he can use it since he did use the 6 path of pein jutsu...

If its 1 vs 1 then I agree. Meaning no Jinchuriki, 10 tails or Gamabunta.

Just minato and Obito, then yes minato will smash him to the ground literally. This doesn't even take into account the fact that Obito came prepared, while minato had to protect his son, wife and village all at the same time. All that wouldn't come into play if they fought again so I don't see how Obito would win this time.

He can use all the other paths's abilities. The reason he hasn't has already been mentioned by Kakashi and Gai:

As Kakashi and Gai explained, he can't use them while controlling the Jinchuriki at the same time and it would be pointless to use them anyway because they already have strategies against it from fighting with Pain.

However, Minato doesn't know about the Rinnegan's abilities, so it would be different in his case.
