1. Obito hasn't shown any skill with the Rinnegan whatsoever. All we know is, he can do Human Path and Rinne Tensei.

2. Obito can't really use the Bijuu like Madara can.

3. Minato could stomp Obito before he summons the Mazo.

Of course he can. Can someone tell me which difference between both Obito can really change the outcome of their fight? Both are S/T users and Obito knew that his only chance to beat Minato was in close combat(reason why he used a chain to try to restrain his movements instead of mokuton techniques that he could also use back then). And in close combat, he got humiliated by Minato. Using Mokuton or other techniques against S/T users would be meaningless because they would dodge it with ease(it's also the reason why Minato said he will have to try to exchange blows with him). The contract seal stops Obito control over Bijuus or Paths. So how can Obito defeat Minato? Izanagi? He would still stay with the marking which would make the use of the jutsu meaningless
