Kabuto draws in Senjutsu into his own body using Juugo's ability, no Zetsus emerge.
That's the biggest one that sticks out to me.

sasuke requires surgery and days to recover to gain itachis eyes, madara just forces his rinnegan back into his skull

It doesn't look like it'll be explained either. Madara should be sealed by now.

1.Rock lee vs garra (he could've won but garra had to fight ssasuke for the rest of plot)
2.Gai vs madara (gai should've cont the first attempt of evening elephant to punch him to the earths core but plot made gai body give a shock so he stopped the first try and madara slew out the whole)
3.And kakashi vs kakuzu (he could've use many more jutsu but had to protect ino couji, and naruto had to show off his rasenshurikan)
4. Gai vs madara ( night guy to the ribs and not the head
