The Worst Hokage

The OP defined "worst Hokage" as a politician/ruler, not a ninja so combat expertise does not count.

I'm not saying the 3rd is the worst, because it's simply unfair for him. The other Hokages' ruling style save for the 5th and the 3rd weren't detailed as much nor the situation of the village during their time (we were only given bits and pieces of info). However, people have been crediting the 3rd for his heroism against Orochimaru and put it in the same pedestal as the 1st, 2nd, and 4ths. They seem to forget that he was the one who failed to put an end to Orochimaru in the first place, due to emotional weakness (even his summon companion pointed it out), which directly contradicts with his role as the Hokage. Since then, all lives taken by Orochimaru can be indirectly blamed on his failure.

Again, we don't know the whole history. We shouldn't be judging who's the worst ruler. It's only immature to do so.

My vote for the worst Hokage goes to the 3rd...

He didnt pass on the word of Naruto being the savior of the village for bearing the nine tails that the fourth put in him... Like come on the fourth Hokage specificly told the frog to tell the third to tell people that Naruto was the Hero and not a villian for haveing the Nine tails sealed in him... but he didnt and he tried to cover up the nine tails attack and everyone who remembered it treated Naruto shitty as a child...

Strike two... He allowed the Uchia massacre to occurr as the hokage he could have over powered the elders decision to kill the Uchia

The 3rd sucks as a hokage not a shinobi... Whos your worst Hokage

like foreal theres no worse hokage. dont ever diss the 3rd he is an honorable shinobi . he did what he did for a reason. he did fight the fact the uchiha gettn murdered. but he could do nuthin. if i recall the uchiha were seperated from the village. they had there own part of the villiage. so the night time was perfect for itachi to slaughter em. an the reason he didnt tell naruto who his father was is becuz it wasnt time. the 3rd knew what he was doin dont ever diss em:flaw::flaw::flaw::flaw::flaw::flaw:

i dont know none of the hokages deserve to be on the list at all the

1st Defeated madara at least we thought so but he died protecting the village after his battle

2nd died protecting the third and the villages future

3rd he died protecting the village from Orochimaru etc yes he could of stoped the mission that was given to itachi by the elders and he did try to prevent the massacre but it may not of been a good idea the uchiha where planing a war to take over the village which is the reason why itachi went through with his mission he did it for sasuke so he would never see war even tho i reckon itachi should atleast left there mother as well & yes he should of told naruto the truth but then again i reckon he did the right thing in not telling naruto but he should have at some stage i guess


4th he was the hero of the village he died protecting the village yes did put the nine tails fox inside naruto and he may have made life hard for his son but he believed he made the right choice and i believed he did he entrusted everything to his son

5th she is strong she did the best she could against Pain and when Sasuke should have been killed she allowed him to live for sakura and naruto because they believed that they could change him that may have made a mistake but what done is done she is still a good as all the other hokage and so what if kabuto defeated her that was he was at a dis advantage i still reckon she is a good hokage and she do well until she step down or dies for her village

all the Hokage do not derserve to be on the list

id say if there is a worst of the hokages it would be the fifth... ... she is the only one who tactically did not help the village when attacked... sure she almost died trying to save the village with her chakra and slug summon ... but her loss in chakra was all in vain cause narutos influence on nagato caused him to revive all the people who had died during the attack. Ironically she says that the power to believe is what people were lacking... while she must of had little faith and or insight on naruto to see that he would influence nagato to bring back the village... sure that would of been very hard to predict... but isnt that what being a bad ass hokage is about... this is just my opinion so i can see if not everyone agrees with me... i just think its kinda interesting... but ive heard worse opinions on here so ... i guess ill post it lol

i think only 3rd and 5th should be on the pole...the other 3...we only saw parts of what they did for the village...whether it was the founder of the village or the one who saved the village...either way...we dont know how they were on regular ninja days so we shouldnt vote for 1st, 2nd or 4th....3rd and 5th are the ones we saw the most so we should vote for either or...and I CHOOSE THE 3RD...all his fault...his judgement was poor and it affected many of the shinobi in the village (Itachi, Sasuke, Naruto) #FAILONHISPART
