Every generation gets viewed negatively at some point. Just look at how controversial flappers were in the '20s and how ppl said the young folk of the hippie and disco eras were so bad and won't amount to anything. Humanity will be fine. All these "swag ***s" will grow up eventually and then everyone will start talking negatively about the next coming generation.

Everything you said is true.
But, I'm not talking about this generation or "humanity" as a whole. I'm simply saying that it's a shame that many potentially great teenage minds are going to waste, considering the fact that ones' teenage years is their personal "time to shine", intelligently.
