Looks: He dresses in ragged black robes, and in times of war, he is outfitted with a silver helm over the hood of his robes which blackens his face so that no one can see it without removing the hood. Completely covering his arms to show no skin are metal gauntlets, vambraces and rerebraces which are quite demonic looking as they are spiked and hellish. and also on his feet he wears metal greaves.
Personality: The Witch-King is a corrupted man who was made to kill a squad of friends he swore to never let die and protect, so he has no real feelings anymore. He is cunning and powerful, though, and a little vain. He is dark and will sacrifice anyone for what he wants, he is someone who gets things down and you don't want to toy with him either as he will kill you for mocking, insulting or annoying him. He does not regret either, if he does something wrong like ending the world, he wouldn't care and be over it straight away, he does not fear anything and will fight against anyone if it means proving a point or just for the heck of it.

History[: Nothing is known about the History of the Witch King prior to his meeting with Sauron, a demon who granted him unimaginable power, except his origins at Konoha. He was granted one of nine rings which mortal men were doomed to die. His Ring was given to him by Sauron, and over time, he became corrupted and foul. Years Later, the Witch-king established his realm, Angmar, in the north. His capital was Carn Dûm, on the northernmost peak of the Land of Earth. He summoned men, demons and other creatures of evil inclination to his banner. No one knew that he was actually a servant of the long-dormant Sauron.
As he gathered his armies and prepared for open war, his lands were invaded due to the natural minerals and goods in his lands. Angmar was purged of men and orcs, and all seemed lost for the Witch-king in the face of such numbers. But the Witch-king himself came at the last, robed and masked in black and riding a black horse, but the numbers were too great and his kingdom was taken. He vanished into the shadows and no-one marked where he had gone.
