Tsunade is a Master Med-Nin and her Brute Strength is unmatched... we have yet to see her fight so you can't really say she sucks...

2nd Hokage is the founder of SpaceTime Ninjutsu and Edo Tensei so if you think he is the weakest then you're wrong as well...

I agree completely.

Everyone always takes her loss against Kabuto as her being weak. I would have lost too if I hadn't fought in 20 years, had my muscles torn, and was afraid of blood.

They're all strong, just like the previous Kage fight, when the two fought they killed each other. therefore, I'll say they're all equally strong in their own unquie way.

The 5th Hokage is the weakest. You have to look at combat ability. Mei could kill a whole battalion with just her acidic mist that melted even susanoo. Then theres her lava style which is far hotter then any normal fire(It takes super high heat to melt rock). Plus she can use water, fire, and earth jutsu as well. Garaa can control sand and as seen he can create sand from the earth below him. Majority of his attacks crush using virbrations to compress the sand. He may not have one tails but his abilities combat wise attack as both a weapon and a shield all at once and he may have been defeated by Deidara but he also had to protect his village at the same time. Oonoki is probably the most impressive because he has a bloodline expansion. That dust style looks like its a fearsome jutsu and the recent showing seems to back it up along with his uber jutsu making his comrade scared he would destroy the island if he used it to close to it He can also use wind, earth, and water styles. Raikage is probably the fastest out of all the kage and his sheer power is tailed beast level. His taijutsu have added lighting style for increased speed and power. Plus he is protected by lighting armor. As of yet we don't know what those spiral tattoo's mean on his shoulders(taking this idea on how Darui's tattoo's mean something). Now Tsunade as we've seen only uses hard hitting taijutsu in combat. She did use that one jutsu that messed up Kabuto's nerves but she got beat by someone who is only at Kakashi's level. She uses uber medical jutsu but compared to Kabuto pre-Oro implant she was nothing and got saved by Naruto a genin. her punches are only god if they hit and she has no real speed and didn't even use chakra medical blades in combat like Kabuto did. She is only praised for her medical abilities not her ninjutsu. Of the three Sannin she is by far the weakest and the weakest of all the Kages. If you look at the previous Hokages she is also still the weakest. Shodaime beat Madara and was known as the strongest man of his era. Nidaime created edo tensei, created the blue print for space time jutsu, and used high level water jutsu without water. Sandaime was known as the strongest of the current kage at his prime and was nicknamed the professor for mastering ever jutsu in the leaf village. Yondaime was so feared there was a flee on sight order for entire ninja battalions(during Kakashi's Gaiden he took out a battalion using flying thunder god), and was known as the greatest shinobi that ever lived(no one believes rikudo was a real person). Even Danzo for his breif stay as Hokage was better combat wise then she is. The rare wind style, plus Izanagi. All the other Kages of the past were equally feared and only killed by a Kage or Kage level ninja. Tsunade was beat by a Jonin level ninja and barely beat a no armed9sealed armed) Orochimaru. If Oro had his jutsu Tsunade would have been beaten a long time ago. Don't get me wrong I don't hate her but combat force wise she is not stronger then any other kage with just her taijutsu. Kabuto used a mix of medical and taijutsu and even Tsunade says he is better then she was in her prime(see episode).

This is golden.

Also I pick Tsunade and Gaara.

I think Mei like Gurena and Chiyo stands for strong females. I am glad aleast some females can do something . Now we get into Shippuden

What her mist did damage was Sasuke, and that caused a disturbance in his chakra, causing Susano'o to malform. In fact, Susano'o is a body of chakra from the user.

Lol your serious? Yes being smart is a key but same time in this ninja world you need to be powerful too. You woluld not survie just being a smart ninja but weak.

If a bunch of dumb powerful ninjas come with extreme attack its GG either way.


Shikamaru did not win most of his battle with ez. I don't know where you get this from. He either had strong player on his team or rules to his battles.

He almost losst twice and maybe the first time if it did not have rules.

The battle with the sound four he almost lost but Temari came and save him.
Hidan he was about to lose after Asuma failed but the other team came out to save him again.

Really a ninja like Shikamaru would get his shadow posseion broken by Raikage.
He would either over power it or just quickly get into shimkarmaru face and hit him before he does his shadow mimic. He is that fast.


Tsunade is really a thinker but more of a legend. She askes Shikamaru to think for her in hard spaces. She thinks pretty good on her own but her medical skills are the best.

Point blank these guys at their stage unless Tsunade does something cool in this war is not kage material.

sorry let me rephrase. Tsunade has failed to impress as far as the title of hokage goes.

Are you kidding?! In the Pain arc or whatever she was healing everyone in the village at once and went into a coma after.

As for those of you saying about her fight with Kabuto she has a fear of seeing blood or whatever ;-;

Shes like every other character thats not Naruto, she hasn't had enough manga time/ screen time to impress us and show her true potential.

Deidara wasnt that strong. Its true that Tsunade probably couldnt beat Deidara too, but the most dissapointing kage has got to be Danzo.

6th Hokage Danzo lost to Sasuke, who had just got beaten by the other 4 kages.

It's true that he is a solid Akatsuki member, but compared to the other characters, he isn't as strong as they are.

This is just my opinion. I meant no offense to any Deidara fans out there.

unfortunately lot of members of NB, can't see what is the true meaning of being Strong..or Powerful...... lot of us, do refer a strong or powerful character if we see them fought in the battle or they have seen them fighting... for me if u fight a lot it does not mean ur strong either powerful, because even kid can fight, For Tsunade, she do not Fight a lot, but more of them recognize her abilities, not only in medical abilities but also her monstrous strength... they do refer her as a powerful one because of her given title as a hokage, plus her given recognition to the konoha as a world greatest med-nin, even jiraiya stated that no one can equal her prowess to medical and strenght....
plus if u remember even jiraiya again stated that not because of Her, konoha cant win the last war to hanzo.....

not easy to tell, that tsunade is the weakest.... basing in their abilities and experience...gaara is the least of them... thinking, him battle to tsunade..he dont have one tailed beast anymore to rely with... so some kinda lost to him, with tsunade, not that strong and not that weak among kage's.... i think she is next in line to gaara being. though, we rarely seen her in battle.. maybe far experience, in just that, she's above with gaara... speaking with mei terumi.. wich is next on my list..ahm basing her attacks skills age and has two kekei genkkai, in that she above to tsunade and gaara...
Tie in my first place to be the strongest of all kage..... tsuchikage and raikage....hmm to hard to discriminate the two...but i think...raikage can outmachted tsuchikage..though tsuchi can fly.... i just feel it...
