1. Hashirama
2. Minato
3. Third Raikage
4. Yagura (he controls a tailed beast people, come on now)
5. Tobirama (needs more feats, probably higher though)
6. Muu/2nd Mizukage
7. Gaara
8. Ohnoki
9. Ay
10. Tsunade
11. Hiruzen (old) (prime would be higher, but I don't know where tbh)
12. Third Kazekage (not enough to go by, but apparently was the strongest kazekage; before Gaara)
13. Mei
14. Fourth Kazekage

But the weakest is probably actually a Kage we haven't seen. Like the first kazekage, 1st or second raikage, 1st Tsuchikage, 1st or third Mizukage etc.

No it doesn't matter if Tsunade has won fights or not @crossroads, if she was actually handed fights throughout the series and lost them i may think that statement holds water. Considering her first fight is only considered as a win/loss by a matter of opinion and her second one was against a demi-god in which she and all the other kage got their asses handed to them.

Who could Tsunade beat in the big leagues? Well I don't know we would have to see if it were to happen in the cannon.

I don't doubt her potential ability as a combat ninja. However if she had been given fights I think we could really see what she can do. I don't doubt J-mans words about her combat ability but she has never got a chance to show it off no?

And this thread is about the fighting skills as who is stronger than each other, who are Kages. Tsunade can't hope to touch him when he elevates and Mei's jutsu's are largely non-threatening and underwhelming. He's at least a tier above both of them; which you fail to see for some reason...

Tsunade's jump is pretty big enough to touch Gaara, not to mention doesn't have to let Gaara go up. This is the problem with most VS threads against Tsunade, you guys make a scenario where the opponent is already one step ahead of her, though in realty he /she won't be 1 step ahead of her.

You guys keep knocking of Experience.. The Sanin are still more legendary then Gaara's Father.
