That is absolutely terrible logic and you know it. Taking away sand is like taking away the Sharingan from Sasuke. It's their entire fighting style... And this thread is about the fighting skills as who is stronger than each other, who are Kages. Tsunade can't hope to touch him when he elevates and Mei's jutsu's are largely non-threatening and underwhelming. He's at least a tier above both of them; which you fail to see for some reason...
