Its sad because the 4th Kazekage had such a huge amount of potential. I mean he could control and subdue a Bijuu with very little difficulty.

Tsunade is strictly a support fighter the only reason she has power at all is because when in a battlefield and you are rushing to an injured comrade you will need to have something to protect yourself from enemy fire wether its healing or super strength.
