why is Kisame almost on the bottom? He was said to have to same chakra amounts as a tailed-beast. When in battle, his sword Samehada replenishes his chakra. So he'll never get tired.

Uchiha Madara is the weakest.He needed to absorb all the captured bijuus.Stole his brother's eye.I don't believe that Konan almost killed him.Madara is most useless in Akatsuki

Actually that is a huge understatement. And if you say that pain is stronger than that would also be incorrect due to the fact that Madara/Tobi is the one who gave the Rinnegan TO Pain.

Well even though Madara is definitely not the weakest in Akatsuki as you stated. A part of me believes that he is lying about giving the Rinnegan to Pain but he hasn't been wrong yet I think .

hidan was the weakest ... zetsu could end hidan, whereas hidan can't kill zetsu-san
