The Vision is human, but from his beginnings and life in the shell, his anatomy has been cosmetically changed. He has dark, blood red skin, and his irises are completely grey, from developing without any light. From the gem implanted in his forehead, to around his skull and going down the entire rest of his body, he has golden lines from the chakra of the gem intertwining with his own chakra network.
Personality
Vision is a polite, calm, and thoughtful being in a very deep way, and he values life to the highest degree. He is also shown to be rather blunt, to a fault. He likes to reason with his enemies and will only attack when threatened. He has admitted that he cannot understand regular humans, and they are doomed to die out. However Vision can see the beauty in humanity due to their potential and imagination and was happy to serve alongside them. He also regretted having to destroy any living being, but was willing and able to eviscerate anyone that posed a threat to life as a whole. Vision showed a great desire to directly protect life, going out of his wave to save as many people as he can. Simply put, he is like a calm child, curious but reserved, and fierce in protecting those he loves.

In the last days of the Kaguya clan, the elders became aware of their impending extinction, and began a contingency plan for the continuation of their line. After a long night of debate and arguments, with even a fair amount of bloodshed, they formed a dark plan, and in the midst of the following night, went before the 1st Mizukage. With his permission, they laid the plan for what would be their kekki genkai’s survival. The elders would choose one small child, to lock away, with their memories and knowledge, and the Mizukage would have a powerful weapon to awaken later in his reign. This child would hide away, until the stigma and memories of the Kaguya clan were long but legend.
With the help of the Mizukage, the Kaguya elders began working the most powerful Shikotsumyaku ninjutsu ever conceived. Each elder gave a piece of their own spine, forming a part of themselves into a single seamless shard of bone. Then, with the help of the Mizukage’s Fuuinjutsu, they sealed a large portion of each of their own chakras, along with all their memory of the terrible fate of the clan, along with the powers the child would awake. The gem was then polished into a bright yellow gem, gleaming with the chakra and sentience stored inside.
A young, male Kaguya child was chosen, and was placed in the circle of elders. He was chosen, mostly, for the apparent compassion and heart he had shown above any Kaguya in history. Hoping his kind heart, free of the barbaric instincts of the rest of his clan, would allow him to heal their name, and be an instrument of peace instead of war, though the Mizukage had different plans for the child.
And thus the stone was sealed into the child’s forehead, and the Mizukage placed the child into a deep sleep, slowing both his mental and physical ageing, and prepare him for his hiding. The Kaguya elders then, using the last of their chakra, and their very own life forces, sealed him in a cradle of bone, with chakra to keep his own life going, as he awaited the day of awakening. The Mizukage disappeared, sealing the child deep in an underwater cave, on the outskirts of Kirigakure, which quickly faded from all memory, aside from a small note that would be passed down to each Mizukage.

After several decades of slumber, it was complete luck that a ninja, named Venom, happened across the cavern while hunting a rouge Amegakure ninja fleeing to Kirigakure. He unearthed the cradle, and carried it back to Amegakure. There he brought it before the powerful Xylon, who sensed the child inside, and providing a powerful burst of chakra, broke the seal and the cradle, releasing the Kaguya from his prison. He burst forth, and, confused by both his surroundings and the memories flooding from his forehead, attacked Xylon, who easily tossed him away. Landing next to the windojw of the Kage’s office, the man boy who would become known as the Vision, took in his grey unnatural eyes, developed without the sunlight to color them, and as well as his dark red skin, a product of the deep pressures he slept at for so many years. Though the seals by the Mizukage had slowed his development, he still came out the size of a large full grown man, standing over six feet tall, and weighing nearly three hundred pounds of athletic perfection, due to the sentience in the gem directing how the chakra grew his body and muscles.
The Vision quickly apologized for his rash behavior, and began drinking in the world and information around him, quickly learning of all the war and strife his ancestors saw. Seeing the horrors of his clans extinction, as well as the pain caused to Amegakure by wars of the past, Vision set his mind on protecting those around him, and fighting for peace as a whlole.

The book absorbs the blood and assumes a personality best fit for the user in battles as well daily life. The book floats around near and far from the user while passively absorbing chakra from the user. The book is capable of see, talk, smell, hear as well as feel if its being touched. Weiss talks in a wise man’s voice, in combat Weiss can help navigate the user of things he can’t see. Weiss can sense chakra, and can always feel where his user is and come back to him flying in case of being lost, and always keep an active communication with the user through telepathy, it could transmit visual and sound based messages by the user with itself as a medium (I.e. Book showing a message/recording in its pages) through long ranges. Weiss like any other custom weapon is indestructible, it can also be used as replacement to scrolls allowing the users to store objects within Weiss and use it for sealing techniques. Weiss can use special techniques by chanting verses (Will submit them separately in the form custom weapon techniques) and can use simple maneuvers like spreading its paper around to hide the user or distract the opponents but it cannot use any conventional ninjutsu.

Due to his amazingly high level of mastery over Raiton, and his constant use of it in battle, he can preform any jutsu of the element with only a single hand seal.

Vision's fighting style literally makes him a human sword. It’s a unique brand of nintaijutsu that stands on the middle ground of Gentle Fist and Strong Fist. His taijutsu is a mixture of both technique and force adding to that the element of surprise of using the users body as a sword makes him all the more deadly.

☣ Shikotsumyaku :
Vision discovered his bloody ability while listening to his ancestors, and has trained it relentlessly since his awakening in Amegakure. Completely forgotten, the name of Kaguya is a fresh start, and he intends to make it know through the Ninja World that Kaguya is equivalent with salvation.
☣ Snake Summoning :
After learning of certain members of the Akatsuki from his elders, Vision sought them out to learn the entirety of the Snake contract from one of the strangest and oldest members, Scarface, mastering it quickly, including the legendary "Snake Mode" (not Sage Mode). He has the summoning seal for the Snakes on the back of his left hand.
