Like I said before:

Now that we are approaching the end of the fighting and the part of the beginning of the foundation of Konoha and in relation with the recent chapters shown, it is safe to conclude that the Uzumakis were not descendants of the Senjus nor were they a "Brother Clan" to them (Having the Senju Ancestor as their common ancestor) for if that was so the Uzumakis, if they were descendants or a brother clan, would've allied themselves with the Senjus during the war against the Uchihas and the other clans but they didn't, their relative absence during the fighting solidifies Kushina's statement that the Uzumakis were only distant blood relatives and not immediate/direct relatives of the Senjus

They are not descendants of the Senjus nor were they a "brother clan" to them (which would make them close/immediate relatives) they were a "cousin clan" with them (meaning they did not descend from the Younger Son/Senju Ancestor) thus explaining their absence and non-participation during the fighting.

It only begs the question "Where were they?" and "What were they doing that was so important?"

Well to be distant, they are a pretty special clan.

If they are not relatives of the younger son at all, then what's the purpose of this panel? (Bottom right)

Just curious.

Lineage is translated according to context as kinship or blood relative, not descendants or close relatives ;)

And what about the ''He's the only person besides Madara able to summon the Gedou Mazou'' part?

Because Nagato had the Rinnegan at that time ;)

Then explain why would Madara give his rinnegan to an Uzumaki kid if they lack senju dna as you said, Nagato could control the Mazou later on because he had senju dna.

Oh you misunderstood me, it's not that they lack the dna, quite the contrary, they have it because Rikudou Sennin himself was most probably an Uzumaki. ;)

Umm, you didn't clarify that in the OP, I just don't understand how one can have senju dna without being descendant of the younger son, If what you imply is true then they should have Uchiha dna too, but that's nowhere stated in the manga.

Allow me to expound my position on the matter by directing you to my thread explaining the relationship between Rikudou, the Uzumakis and the Senjus ;)
