The So6P had to originate from some clan, he couldn't have born from nothing. He's how the uchiha and senju were made so he cant be from either of those (duh). The uzi clan were known for long life AND sealing. He sealed the ten tails which would take a powerful seal to begin with. put two and two together

Yep. Like how tribes stayed tribes and looked distinctly alike for so long until outsiders interfered in the lineage. Clans often did the same thing which is why.... you can figure out the rest. Btw, we've all descended from that kind of thing in the real world.

SO6P had two sons who formed the Senju and uchiha so the SO6P had to have been from another clan which the best guess would be the uzumaki like you said. The SO6P had a powerful sealing jutsu to seal the ten-tails in him which the uzumaki are know for and able to survive the extraction of a tailed beast from their body sooo it's reasonable.

Somehow, there are posts mentioned that this is true.
I would like to highlight on one thing

What we know of this issue was come from Madara/Obito words (mouth).
When Madara/Obito telling the tales to Naruto, Kakashi & Yamato.
Kakashi did said one thing about this. Not to say to anyone, until proven so.

So6P had 2 sons.
The older son, who inherited the Sage's "eyes" (his powerful chakra and spiritual energy),
The younger son, who inherited the Sage's "body" (his powerful will and physical energy).
The older son not happy with So6P decision on choosing the younger son as successor.
Hence older son - Uchiha / Hyuga.
the younder son - Senju / Uzumaki.

Only Uchiha & Senju was mentioned by Madara/Obito only.
That... will make alot of diffence in opinion.

There is another issue.
Uzumaki clan have RED hair gene.
Then why Madara had choosen Nagato Uzuamaki, because he had (Sage's body) and RED hair.
Also that Uzumaki village was totally destroyed.
That may proof that the Fig.1 is almost correct.
Also that Madara/Obito mentioned to Naruto/Kakashi/Yamato that the day were come,
that Naruto (Uzumaki's gene) will fight with Sasuke Uchiha gene.

As for the Bijuu, i do have something like this;
Bijuu is part of So6P
Why Minato put Kurama inside Naruto.
There is a strong reason for this, which Tsunade mentioned while Naruto & B go to battlefield.
The reason is that Naruto will have to deal with Madara/Obito.

He was born with long life as hes an old man when he chooses his successor and just to throw this in there, he also had an enormous amount of chakra, another famous uzi clan trademark. It's possible he became the reason the Uzi clan became famous for their sealing, after all he would teach his own clan about jutsu before spreading it out to others.

This is very well put together and the science of it is well founded however I have to disagree with you as I've been pondering this thought (albeit more simplistically) and IMO the Senju are the true heir's to the younger brother's blood line as Obito professed however I don't believe the Uzumaki branched off of the Senju. Simply, I'd say the younger brother had two children. One boy, one girl. The son would be his fathers heir and the daughter would marry into another family. I believe this could also explain the Byakugan (developed differently because of the families need to protect the daughters' eyes) in relation to the Sharingan.

Daughters from later generations of the ancestor before the clan was established with a less potent bloodline could explain other kekkei genkai I suppose but it seems like too much of a cluster f. I'm not sure on this point and it would either make or break the theory entirely (I'm leaning towards break honestly). If I've committed any further fallacies feel free to point them out, I'm still working on this. Just felt like sharing this small theory I've been pondering.

Not sure if there are other similar theories, I have no idea actually (this is my first forum post). If there are and this has been proven wrong just ignore this post.

As mush I know Uchiha and Senju are the direct descendent of SO6P and my be Hyuga and Uzumaki become their descendent I mean clan of their younger son( younger grandson of SO6P ) because neither hyuuga nor uzumaki shows any kind of hate or rivality to uchiha or senju.
I admit that having strong life force makes Uzumaki more of likely younger son of SO6P but like sage's property divided into his son then may be his son's property also divided into their son(grand son of SO6P) and since elder son is entitle with the name of their father, younger son start their clans (Hyuuga and Uzumaki).

Sasuke will have sharingan + senju dna(mokuton) + rinnegan (mokuton isnt really eyes).
Naruto will have his uzumaki powers + Bijou host powers.

The Uchiha have always been symbolized as the people with powerful eyes just because he might have the mokuton does not mean the metaphor will be dropped.The great toad elder that naruto would battle a "young man with powerful eyes".Kishi loves to compare and contrast his characters the whole metaphor will not be dropped because he may or may not use the mokuoton but my money is he will not us it even if he gets the rinnegan a it does not fit his theme.When the battle starts it will still be a battle of the eyes vs. the body

uzumaki(sage) takes in the juubi and at that point they become one being.The sage then has two sons one gets his yin nature the other gets yang nature the power of the sage is then split between them with the uchiha taking on characteristics of the bijuu while the senju ancestor takes on characteristics of the sage himself which is why the senju and uzumaki seem to share a deeper connection

but if i were to break it down into specifics it would go like this

the uchiha ancestor manifest the spiritual chakra into his eyes the yin nature while taking on juubi traits while the senju ancestor take on the life force (yang nature ) and traits of the uzumaki out of the three traits the senju took two with the uzumaki retaining the longevity.

Okay my theory.
Both uchiha and senju are descendant of the elder son and younger son.

Yes it's hyuga and uzumaki. Trust me is going to be proven.
The elder son eye is lavander so are the hyuga eyes. The elder son has no pupil in its eye so do the hyuga. Also elder son eyes is like a spiral the uzumaki wear spiral.
The hyuga are stronger then uchiha read the proof theory if u wantand uzumaki are strong then senju.
We just haven't seen strong hyuga because guess what the main villain is an uchiha and he is the main character in the show after naruto so he needs to made strong and to make him interesting his clan needs to have strong ppl and mysterious ppl.
It's weird why hyuga and uchiha are only the eye power clan in naruto. It states in the elder son wiki that byukgan. Was mutation from him just like uchiha.
Look ate the simarlity between hyuga and uchiha.
Both clan are noble clan of the village both feared both clan have eye power.
Both clan have leader. In naruto other clan don't have leader. Like ino clan or kiba clan.
Both clan have two children. Hyuga have two daughter five years difference between them uchiha have two sons with five years difference between them.
Hinata was the heir of hyuga clan but last her title because she was too gentle. Hanbi is consider stronger than Hinata and Hinata father started to pay attention to Hanbi.
Itachi was the heir of uchiha clan but lost his father trust when dying his father stated itachis ur gentle. Also when itachis lost his father trust his father paid more attention to sasuke. Sasuke is more powerful then itachis.
Then both clan are seen with birds.uchiha clan with black crows and hyuga clan with small brown birds remember when they show Neji losing to naruto they showed brown bird or when ever they show hyuga clan they show brown bird.
Both clan carry a burden of hatered hyugas hate the curse mark while uchiha call their slogan "curse of hatered" vs will of fire. This weird both clan refer their hatered to a curse.
In the naruto game Hinata and sasuke are given special name with naruto when paired with naruto the name is kinda of strong bond.

+1, Liked, See port. I like this theory, since I like the Hyugas. and Uzamakis more than the Uchihas and senju:]. But wait does that prove that kakashis theory is correct? Remember earlier in the manga he stated that the Sharingan was mutated from the Byukugan? Which makes sense. Since I always thought that the Rinnegan had bizarre similarities to the Byukugan.

The second ability Access to all 6 elements
The third ability the Rinnegan bestows upon its possessor the ability to see spiritual energy and beings. ( Pain was able to see the barrier surrounding Konaha.
