Sarutobi can't perform their own fire style jutsu. How sad is that...

Can u show manga page pls? Cant remember Sarutobi clan begging to learn from Uchiha. Only because they use same nature type doesnt make them "thiefs". Itachi also uses water style, did he "steal" it from Senju clan? ._.
