Fact a uchiha attack the village and then try to overthrow it so they got what's coming to them

Yes, a rogue shinobi that was an Uchiha attacked the village therefore the Uchiha's are the problem. The only reason as to why they suspected the Uchiha was because they were mistreating the Uchiha and suspected that the Uchiha would try to rebel soon.

It's not like the Uchiha could have checked the records for any Uchiha's that could have been missing or KIA without their body being returned.

I'm glad Obito attacked Konoha if it's this rotten and trashy. Should have gotten rid of Naruto when he had the chance.

So if a murderer killed your most loved individual in your life, would you care about leaving your friend behind if it meant avenging your loved one? I don't think normal human emotion is being butthurt, you're just far too used to characters not showing natural emotional responses to loss in this manga/anime and therefore you expect all of the characters to behave this way.

Putting your village/country ahead of your family can be very dangerous in certain situations. That is the kind of thinking that has family members in authoritarian regimes such as Nazi Germany turning in family members because they speak badly against the party in charge or are trying to resist what is going on.

The uchiha was suspected because only one of them could do that and instead of trying to clear their names they try to take over the village

Naruto situation was different his father died trying to say the village. And a people and it a lot of great work he should have been taken care of like a king.

And why were the Uchiha not there? Because the Hidden Leaf wouldn't let them help. The Hidden Leaf suspected them of treachery before they had even done anything wrong. Sort of like how black people were suspects of crimes without having done anything in the 50's and 60's.
