im a time/space user, since over a year u dont even know how the technique works, so stop this argument
currently the jutsu list has poor description and countless flaws, hiraishin does not requires a kunai, and its an attack/suuplementary technique, to perform the technique u need to make a sealing formula over the opponent using any means possible (kunai, seal tag, ink or a moving fuuin) the technique does not requires any hand seals, it doesnt creates any noise, and it was made derived from the data from the game naruto ultimate ninja 3, the rest information was revealed later on, the technique works like a summoning technique though instead of getting something to the user it gets the user to something, it was a powerful technique taking out entire battalions in less then a second, the way to kill isnt restricted to the kunai but any other means possible
Madara's version of the technique doesnt use tijme/space using reverse summoning technique, infact it totally manipulates time/space, means it doesnt have any of the restrictions that hiraishin have

Your bugs would have sensed Madara when he was popping back up behind you at that point his hands have been solid and moving, your bugs would have alerted your mind just as earth pillars sprung up around you. (If I was you I would have used a Clone Jutsu at the beginning and tossed myself back or into the air or something, your bugs could have alerted you to his chakra level switch when he activated EMS. XD. I'm new but you just gotta pay attention bro.)
