Why?
1. Minato wasn't a spineless man like Hiruzen when it came to subjects like these. He would have followed Hashirama's creed. Or made sure the Fugaku knew what was up, probably even changed the way they were treated. The guy wasn't Hokage for long. They died when they were around 23-24.
2. It's the Yellow Flash: They ain't ready to get solo'd.
3. Kushina knew Mikoto:
I think at some point they would have had a talk or something.
4. They wouldn't have been blamed for the Kurama attack.
Minato and Kushina knew who were behind it all or had enough of an idea to not assume it was the clan's fault. Obito would have had a lot of trouble with Itachi and Minato living in Konoha. Not to mention them having possession of the 9-tails and the means of becoming a perfect jin.
