We have seen that the senju clan are getting weaker and weaker every generation from the strongest 1 hokage (hashirama),then 2 hokage(tobirama) to the weakest tsunade who maybe currently strong but not as her previous decendent.Naruto is also an decent through his mom however we can see that he young and not fully develop eventhough he HAVE the 9 tails fox
However we saw that the uchiha clan are getting very strong From madara and izuna to shsui (ultimate genjutsu,super fast) and itachi (ultimate defense and ultimate offense ,mastery of all skill with inteligent) and current sasuke (alrounded ninja ,he very skillful and smart for his age but still got alot to learn)

we currently seeing base sharingan----> ms-----> EMS----->Rinneganhowever we saw that the rinnegan lack some feature of the sharingan
(i will not go further to explain untill sasuke show his EMS)

i think so too sasuke is the last uchiha if he dies the clan is no longer. but then again the senju and uzumaki are also almost extinct i think naruto maybe the last uzumaki aswell. but if karin is actually uzumaki then he isnt the only one. but the uchihas are on the rise.

itachi susano have the yata mirror (ultimate defense) and the sword which is the ultimate offense.Itachi intelligent and how he use his skill make him high class ninja

Sadly there will be no full blooded Uchiha or Senju anymore. So I think it's safe to say both clans are going to be extinct soon. Even if Sasuke tried to reform the clan, they would never be true Uchiha. There is no Uchiha women left in the Narutoverse to keep the bloodline going.

Well If Tsunade is the last senju then her clan will end with her... i doubt she'll have a baby. If not then... who knows the clan might go on. And Naruto is not a Senju... (not unless Minato is a senju) yea the Uzumaki are RELATED to the senju but it is not the same.
And as for Uchiha... the only one alive is Sasuke (Madara is an edo, and Tobi... we don't really know if he is an Uchiha) And the way things are going he will be the last... (unless he becomes good again and ends up with a girl and restore the uchiha... doubt it).
So both Uchiha and Senju are down to their last members xd

the rinnegan only lack feature of the sharingan cuz nagato uzumaki is not of the uchoha clan and didnt have the sharingann he was given the rinnegan off the bat. unlike madara who had the sharingan from birth and was able to master it when he awakened rinnegan all those sharingan techiques and ablities transfered over to the rinnegan. unlike nagato who just got the rinnegan off the bat

if tsunade is over fifty she isnt having kids. for a woman over 50 there birth sysytem thingy shuts down and she cant even have a period anymore

True, that was his only "known" weakness, but Itachi is beatable. Saying he's invincible is ridiculous.

I would make an exception in Tsunade's case though

true they have had kids but its rare. and another thing tsunade uses her special jutsu that heals her body fast. but the downside is she ages becuase of it. when tsunade was introduced in the series she was already old. she used her special jutsu during the fight with orochimaru. that aged her enough then she used it again during the pain arc that knocked her into a coma. remember she is also using a jutsu to make her look younger for all we know she could be age old as the third hokage when he died
