I know, but I'm jus sayin old folks have had kids, hell, a 70 year old had twins once upon a time, and if Tsunade's tech heals her completely, and it should, I mean I doubt that her reproductive system isn't covered whilst everything else is, everything should be in good enough working order to produce a child, should she want one, but her baby daddy died fighting pein

1. an old women can have a child, they do it all the time. Menopause varies between women.
2. Tsunade tech keeps her youthful so there for she would have more than a chance of having a kid at that age more than anyone that age.

If Sasuke survives this war then I think he'll just restore the Uchiha clan and their honor and they'll live peacefully alongside Konoha. Based on how this manga is currently going I can only see a typical "good guys win and everything returns to normal" ending.
Personally if I were Kakashi, I'd put that damn book down and go get a big bottle of Saki and pull the hokage to the side to talk about the "good timez", but that's just meI agree with you.

Not like bros and sisters doing it, but like a clan in ancient japan would have done. Usually it would be a group of people that would have children then their children would marry each others children and so on and so forth. That's the only way you can explain how they were all able to unlock the sharingan. (you do notice almost all Uchiha have basic sharingan right it's not like some super epic secret amongst the clan).
Okay with that being said, in modern medicine and science. Scientist have done test to see how little people it would take to reproduce and repopulate an area. They found it take's as little as 10 couple's (10 male 10 females all healthy no family medical history) to successfully interbreed and produce healthy children that can then have children that will breed so on and so forth. Multiplying throughout generations eventually ending up with say a clan. The only thing that keeps this successful is if they be sure to breed with someone that is far enough away from them in the gene line (what you would consider a 3rd cousin). Isn't our DNA amazing.
So now taking that into account they all could have been distant relatives that just kept marrying into the clan. Thus producing a specific piece of DNA unique to them through the many generations.

also the women are trained in every other clan...Kiba's mom and sister, ino, sakura, Hinata, tenten, and Tamari are all trained and are even seen fighting but in the Uchiha clan you really don't see the girls fighting
