i think to fight for a MS there should be a new rule ??
for example S class and Higher should automatically be awarded it if they have a bio of either sasuke or itachi and be given a written test

and the people who are gonna make these bios should be given a pratical test
at this very stage

MS is OPed me and kaito r going to make a rule in the group of uchihas saying if ur not mastered in sharingan 3rd tomoe yet then were not allowing you to take the test this is being siad by me and ima run the idea through kaito because first you have to walk before you can run if you dont even know the basics and how to use sharingan to its full potential then you dont need MS you shouldnt need MS because sharingan is already a advantage you should be good without cheap shots/MS
