Welp. I want to bring this to light. Personally I have no care in the world no more. But Evidently Scorps found it appropriated to bann me from EVERYTHING Custom.. (Using, Trading AND Submitting), Stripped all my CJ I ever had from everybody ever. And Cant use my own for 6months. All because I used 1 S rank Jutsu my friend gave me (Cause he said he was quitting but he came back) in a Unofficial battle.. I stated how Unfair it was. VIA VM. I then messaged him ofc. But the part that got him Hot was this from me

Yet you found the need to make a thread about this? I'm not agreeing with either of you, but it just seems redundant that you'd make a thread about something that "you don't care about anymore". Smh Scorpsy banned me from the CJ thread for a month now and didn't give me a time when it'd be lifted. smh. All because i didn't wanna look dumb submitting a stupid CJ.

I got a report that you couldn't use that technique. Basically, with the VM proof and all your CJ threads, its pointing to you having added that technique to your CJ thread after the new rules without training (which you couldn't since the owner is not a Sensei). Tech was approved in January and in July you send a VM to Rodukaime saying it would be cool to have it but that he can't teach it to you since he's not a sensei.

I'm just trying to figure out your side of the issue.

He stated over FB (I know thats not valid no more) that he was no longer Rping. So he would give me all his customs that i wanted. Seeing as he came back to RP.. I guess thats invalid now. That was probably my 2nd time using the tech.. but if its causing a problem then. I have no choice but to remove it.. Once I update my Cj thread Ill take it out

probably a couple days before the vms you read. He had to get on nb to to find his custom thread. So we just exchanged via VM from that point

Just to be sure, you do know you can get removed from the custom system all together forever, lose your customs, lose access to others customs and if things are more severe of if I find another "trick" in terms of customs, you might even be banned from the RP? This said, are there any other tech I need to know about? Or some other rule you might have broken? This is the time to come clean.

Actually in my defense. I didnt know people couldnt give away their customs if they was quitting Or Give away a KG custom that they no longer. I just realized that rule about 1week ago hence the convo with caliburn. I wasnt trynna bypass the system scorps cause if i wanted to I could go back in my "Hidden Ash" Days and bring up the fact we said we will always share customs. I can find proof that said that.

daemon handed over his 2scorch jutsus.. One is S rank and like i said i wasnt aware u cant give away jutsus once u drop a KG cause in a way if u drop a KG CJ thats a cj thats simply out there...
And i actually want to keep thoes scorch CJ. So i will go to nexus about that or Caliburn. If they say no ill rid of the S rank one. The wind one... no problem.. But all in all... thats it

However, to keep the CJ's going around under somewhat control, as of now you can't teach 1 Custom Jutsu to more then 6 people, and for the ones you teach, under the technique in your Custom Jutsu thread only, you will have a list of people who have learned the jutsu. You can teach (and it has to be in a training thread titled "CJ lesson for <students username>") all of your CJ, except for S and Forbidden rank, for which you need to have a Sensei status.​

The RolePlaying Staff.

This was done back in February. 8 months ago or so. You know this fairly well and you knew this when you chose to add the wind one to your list. Saying you didn't know it isn't correct.

For a bunch of customs you might have kissed your RP days goodbye. Specially since it wasn't just an isolated case. Dude, its not worth it to basically risk your whole achievements because of a few customs.

You can go to Caliburn and Nexus if you want but until I actually decide a punishment you have little reason to. Not only that but i'm the head of the Customs so everything custom and custom related falls under my jurisdiction.

The main problem is that this isn't your first "issue with the law" in the RP. Its not the first time you broke a rule on purpose or acted out in RP terms. You're not exactly a first offender thus tolerance isn't actually at play here.

And just to be sure, breaking these customs rules can lead to a multitude of punishments. These vary but can go from removing your rights over any and every custom traded with you, removing your own customs, banning you from the custom system (basically, you can't submit custom jutsu, CFS, CE, CEJs, etc and you can't use those made by others), temporary detention, infractions or temporary or permanent ban from RP all together. Its not a light issue and you know it fairly well.

I'll take this whole situation under consideration and issue a punishment as soon as possible.

After talking to Nexus, we came up with your just punishment.

You will hereby lose all permissions given to you to use other peoples CJs, taking effect immediatly (i'll post in your CJ thread). Furthermore for 6 months you cannot trade or learn CJs from other members.

You are also hereby forbidden to use your own customs for a period of 6 months. Others that you traded your customs with will however keep its use as they aren't removed from the system.

Finally, you are hereby banned from the custom system until further notice. This means that you cannot submit in the Custom Jutsu Thread neither on the CFS, CEs, CEJs, Custom Clan, Custom Clan techniques, Custom MS, etc. This ban will last no less than 4 months and its maximum duration will depend solely on your own behavior not only towards the RP but also towards the community and towards this issue in particular.

I'll post in your own CJ thread to notify of your punishment.

I have been a loyal member to NB. for awhile and very fcked up how I got a punishment so severe. I dont care what its about cause in the long run it was unofficial. It wasnt a big deal but you made it into one.

Well, all you say is pretty and pink but you forget the main thing: you deliberately broke the rules. Be it in an unofficial or official fight has no baring on it. You added, fully knowlingly that it wasn't allow and consisted in a severe rule breaking, a technique to your own cj thread to use while you wouldn't be able to otherwise. Not only one but more than one as you so stated yourself.

Avoiding this was completely in your hands. Only thing you needed to do was to abide by the rules. Didn't agree with them? Voiced your opinion in a civil educated manner you could have. Instead you decide its best to try and trick the system, trying to have it go under the radar in the hopes that it somehow got unnoticed. Its not something trivial.

A warning? You mean one more warning? Yeah, they have a tremendous effect on you. Its noticeable. You've been infracted countless times before, you've been corrected, punished, banned from the CJ thread, etc. Members have noted your demeanor and your attitude, they have voiced what is wrong. We the staff have had altercations with you plenty of times before. You had enough indications, warnings, punishments to know how to act accordingly. Yet, you decide to keep breaking the rules and deeming the system flawed and wrong when you do nothing to improve it except flame, spam, break rules, etc. Sorry but you've past your first warning ages ago.

You tried to fool the system and the staff knowing fully well you couldn't do it and that the punishment were severe. Nexus himself had stated that the punishment could be permanent ban from the RP and even the community. I have no problem with nything I've said to you.

All that is needed to say is said in the pms we exchanged. You broke the rules. To avoid the punishment, all you had to do was abide by them. So yes, you acted and act like an arrogant spoiled uneducated little brat when you make a thread like this to try and shift the blame from your own wrong doing to me for punishing you for them.
