The hitler example, is a perfect example of what i made this thread about. Many people genuinely believed hitler was great. It was only the ones who looked at the truth, who saw him for what he was. Later the people woke up, and realized what he was as well. But by that time it was to late. That's true.
Good example of that is Hitler and how he came into power. Through continuous lies and false promises to the people, he gained their trust.

I can ask you the exact, same questions. It's not as simple as acting on it. The amount of possibilities is unfathomable. I'm sure you are aware how most people would be eager to call outside-the-box-thinkers "crazy" or "conspiracy theorist nut". It is also true that our society is lacking in the department of good, intelligent people... but there ARE still people like that; Though they are dwarfed in comparison to the ignorant majority of society.
The best solution I can think of right now, is to spread love and positivity; To educate our fellow Human beings. Afterall, knowledge is power. Knowledge leads to truth, and truth leads to understanding. When we understand one another... great things can be accomplished. Sadly, there is no "quick-fix" solution. We are figuratively in a "war of information". "Fighting" & "struggling" to discern whether or not something is fact or fiction.
Edit: I'll provide some good quotes that pertain to this thread.
“If tyranny and oppression come to this land it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.”
- James Madison
"The thought that government has some kind of benevolent desire to NOT oppress those they govern is asinine, and proven wrong throughout history in every government in every nation. There is only ONE thing that will keep government from oppression, and that is an aggressively suspicious and well armed citizenry".
Good post.
