You forgot many things.
For example, due to it's low rank,performing this jutsu barely costs any chakra and as we advance into more complex jutsus,this jutsu will be so easy to perform that it'll barely cause you any troubles.You can also use this in a combo, mud is a lightning conductor, if you use this against someone who is using chidori nagashi or something of the kind, they are done for.
Finally,the use of the mud to affect your opponent's balance(it's really hard to walk on sticky mud filled with chakra,even for a ninja ) instead of attacking your opponent's senses.Other than that,great job. ^.^

I was on about chidori and variaties to that .

I start by performing the hand seal you have just shown me. I then jump on to the plateau i've made, channeling my chakra through my feet. Due to my chakra, the rock starts to crumble underneath me, crushing anything that is in it.

I once again gather doton chakra through my body. As it gathers in my body, I channel it to my feet. I then use my feet to funnel the chakra through the ground, and attempt to control the nearby rocks. This isn't easy, but I manage. I then try to loosen the rocks and let them fall down.

Dude, you forgot some important things. Yes, mud+ lightning is uber cool, but mud + fire = Lava. In my honest opinion, that's far cooler.

Since we're already at it, never use this jutsu against specific old school guys. I remember Kyle/ -Naruto Uzumaki- having a mud explosion jutsu, which allowed him to make any mud drop explode. I don't know if he passed down that jutsu to anybody but be careful anyway.

I use this as the idea to base the following jutsu on, I create multiple rock pillars, which surround a random tree. I try to make the density as strong as possible so they wouldn't be able to break through it.

Description: After striking the ground with their hands, the user creates a large wall of earth in front of him/her. The defence is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall. Also, since this technique only guards frontal attacks, the enemy can easily attack from the side or even from above.

Basically, punch the ground, creating a wall of earth in front of you.

Once the amount is stable enough for this rank of attack, I slam my hands into the ground, trying to distribute my chakra into it, as I want to raise a rather thin wall infront of me so that it can guard me from frontal attacks.

It can atleast buy you time to counter attack

Contra:
The wall is thin, so a hard frontal attack could easily pierce through it
It can only guard from frontal attacks
