What I mean is that itachi still bested sasuke even with all those handicaps. Itachi won the battle of skill and sasuke did not finish off itachi but instead itachi succumbed to his illness and died by his own accord.

Caps? Sasuke didn't even have MS and had less experience by a landslide.

MS sasuke is very close to itachi. But I'd give it to itachi due to his tactical skills. But.. How does itachi beat MS sasuke?
